Donald Anthony (Tony) Bright, (born November, 06 1953) is a renowned Entrepreneur and Innovation Visionary. Tony is the inventor of an Advanced Traction System for the automotive industry; GoClaws. He is now the Founder and CEO of Patent Development Corporation of America. Educated at the Tennessee Technological University, Tony was earlier the President/CEO for Flex Trax and President for Industrial Dynamics.

Tony takes his passion into business and works with investors, entrepreneurs, business owners and executives who need assistance in managing their business, creating, implementing and executing strategic plans to better deploy assets, leverage resources and to take the company to the next level of growth and accomplishment.
Tony founded PDCA in 2006; a full-service Business Development and IDEA Incubator company headquartered in the Chattanooga Tennessee area, providing domestic and international services for its clients. PDCA is also a product/innovation service provider and collaborator, serving all emerging technology markets.
Tony, through PDCA Advisory service introduces "No Pie In The Sky"; to assist start-up, early-stage companies and entrepreneurs, guiding them through the process of validation of vision, due diligence & decision support. Offering venture packaging, investment banking advisory, and capital acquisition, as well as business development support.
Tony lives is Cleveland, TN.
