Complaints Handling
Bibliz supports timely and efficient handling of complaints in a fair and objective manner. Where a Bibliz member has not had an issue resolved to their satisfaction, Bibliz provides the opportunity for these issues to be formalized via complaints@Bibliz.com. A Complaints Handling Officer within Bibliz Online will be assigned to the complaint and will respond with advice of resolution within 45 days.
